COVID-19 Response
Not Business as Usual.
Chances are, your business looks much different today than it did this time last year – and much more different than you thought it would now. And, either fortunately or unfortunately, your business may never look quite the same again. But, there are many powerful lessons that we can take away from the unexpected changes that can change our business for the better.
In response to COVID-19, Let Us Show You Learning (LUSY) has made a major pivot in the way in which we conduct our training. For the time being, we will dispense with our classroom training sessions and face-to-face 1:1 training and use Zoom meetings to facilitate a remote training model. This will accomplish two goals; to help keep our customers and staff safe and to comply with new state regulations. Here are some of the steps we’re taking to help everyone stay safe:
- Gone to a remote training model using Zoom meetings for both classroom and 1:1 training
- Added functionality to our website that provides our clients with a completely no-touch experience
- Purchased additional PPE for those occasions when a face-to-face meeting is necessary
We look forward to getting back to meeting with our clients in person and providing excellent training. But until this state of emergency has passed, LUCY will do everything we can to ensure the health and wellbeing of our participants.
